About
A small studio with deep roots.
Verdant Links builds the websites, systems and tools that organizations doing real work depend on — and stays around to tend them.
The founder
Truman Chan
Verdant Links is led by Truman Chan, who has worked in tech for seven years and has run Verdant Links for over three.
Truman works across the whole build: the website people see, the member and inventory systems behind it, AI agents and self-hosted models, the marketing that brings people in, and the community structures that keep them involved. Away from the keyboard he farms and gardens, and that work is on offer too.
His personal site, with side projects and writing, is www.sctru.com.

How we think about it
Contribute, don’t extract.
Technology should leave an organization stronger and more independent, not more dependent on the people who built it.
That means plain-language scopes, systems your team can run, and honest work shown in the open — like the case studies our clients have let us share.
