The Jewelry Importers & Manufacturers Association International, a nonprofit trade association founded in California in 1991.
The problem
The association’s Wix site was up for renewal and could not do what members needed: join and pay dues online, find each other, and read everything in both English and Traditional Chinese.
What we built
A bilingual site in English and 繁體中文 covering the association, board, events and partners
Online membership applications and renewals with card dues checkout, plus a mail-a-check path
Member accounts, a searchable member-business directory with signed-in messaging, and a members-only resources catalog
Event RSVPs, partner inquiries and bot protection on public forms
A marketplace where member businesses list stones, jewelry and equipment
Where it stands
Live at jimaintl.net in both languages, replacing the Wix site.
A community organization in Nevada City, California, bringing together three organizations — CoALA, HWSY and CDRR — for mutual support.
The problem
Three groups needed one welcoming front door, a way for new people to join and be seen, and a way for the office to keep track of who is involved and what they have given.
What we built
A public site with a start-here path, programs, roles, updates, voices and resources
A community directory with a curated lifecycle: steward approval, member self-description, then steward publishing
Ayni notes that record and acknowledge contributions, with email delivery and a public actions feed
An office dashboard for stewards and an operational-needs registry, with Spanish intake pages
A sync that turns the organization’s own markdown records of meetings and roles into the live site
Where it stands
Live at o3s.foundation, with English and Spanish intake.
Market Fixtures Unlimited, a family-owned grocery and restaurant equipment company that has bought, sold and refurbished equipment since 1959.
The problem
Equipment moves fast across several marketplaces. The business needed one inventory behind its own website, a way to offer dealers their own prices, and a way to reach buyers directly.
What we built
A website with a searchable, filterable live inventory, rentals and a cart
Dealer accounts that see dealer prices after sign-in
An admin dashboard with visitor analytics, a contacts CRM, an inventory manager and email campaigns with one-click unsubscribe
An internal spec-sheet assistant that answers product questions with citations from about 2,900 manufacturer documents
Where it stands
Live at marketfixtures.com, sending email from the company’s own domain.
